WHAT WE DO
From Drawing Review to Mold and Part Production
We support custom plastic projects through the stages required by the approved project scope. Each project is reviewed according to the part, mold, material, quality and delivery requirements.
Mold Design & Manufacturing
Coordinate mold design, machining, EDM, fitting, assembly and internal checks according to approved requirements.
Mold Trials & Sample Approval
Conduct initial trials, agreed modifications and repeat trials before customer sample confirmation and mold shipment.
Injection Molding
Support trial, low-volume and production molding using 120–450T injection molding machines, subject to project review.
Inspection & Project Records
Provide agreed trial records, dimensional reports, material documents, modification records, photos or videos as required.

SHIYUNJIA began production operations in 2018, with a primary focus on manufacturing plastic injection molds for international customers.
Adopted Our Current Company Name
The business adopted its current name, Zhaoqing Shiyunjia Technology Co., Ltd., while continuing to strengthen project coordination and quality management.
Expanded Manufacturing Capacity
We operate an approximately 5,000 m² facility with around 50 people supporting engineering, mold manufacturing, injection molding, project coordination and inspection.
