Production Review Before Molding

Before production starts, our team confirms the product drawings, material grade and color, mold condition, critical dimensions, appearance and assembly requirements, estimated quantity, packing, and acceptance criteria.

When a customer-supplied mold is used, the tool is inspected for condition, machine compatibility, cooling, interfaces, and trial requirements before production planning.

4. Process setup and sample production
5. Sample inspection and customer approval

Molding & Inspection

SHIYUNJIA operates 10 injection molding machines with clamping forces from 120T to 450T. Production may include single-color molding, 2K molding, insert molding, overmolding, and product assembly according to the agreed project scope. Parts are checked against appearance, critical dimensions, assembly, material, color, and packing requirements.

Project Documentation

According to the confirmed project scope, documentation may include dimensional inspection reports, material certificates, mold-trial videos, first-article samples, production or inspection records, and packing lists.

• 3D product data and tolerance-controlled 2D drawings
• Material grade, color, and surface requirements
• Estimated order quantity and expected production schedule
• Critical dimensions and assembly relationships
• Inspection, packing, labeling, and delivery requirements
• Existing mold information, if customer-supplied tooling will be used

Customer-Supplied Mold Support

Existing customer molds are accepted after inspection. We review the mold condition, dimensions, machine compatibility, cooling, runner, ejection, and any required repair or modification. Trial requirements and the confirmed work scope are agreed before production.
