QUALITY ASSURANCE

Quality Control for Injection Mold & Molding Projects

Quality requirements are established from approved drawings, material specifications, appearance standards and project-specific acceptance criteria. Our quality personnel carry out incoming, in-process, first-article and final inspections to keep each project aligned with the confirmed requirements.

  • Inspection checkpoints defined for each project
  • Dimensional and appearance checks against approved data
  • English dimensional inspection reports available on request

A CONTROLLED INSPECTION PATH

Quality Checks from Requirement Review to Shipment

Inspection methods, measuring equipment, checkpoints and records are selected according to the part, mold, material and agreed acceptance requirements.

01

Requirement Review

We confirm the current drawing revision, material grade, critical dimensions, cosmetic requirements, mating or assembly conditions, inspection method and required records.

02

Incoming & In-Process Inspection

Materials, purchased items and key manufacturing stages are checked according to the confirmed project requirements and applicable inspection points.

03

First-Article & Dimensional Inspection

Initial samples and critical dimensions are inspected against the approved data. A CMM and other suitable measuring tools are selected according to the inspection task.

04

Final Inspection & Release

Before shipment, we check the approved revision, appearance, specified dimensions, quantity, packaging, labels and required delivery records.

WHAT WE CHECK

Inspection Based on Approved Project Requirements

There is no single inspection plan for every mold or molded part. The required checks are agreed according to the product, tooling, production stage and customer acceptance criteria.

Drawings & Revisions

Current 2D and 3D data, revision status and the approved reference for inspection and production.

Material Requirements

Specified resin or metal grade, color and available material documentation required by the project.

Dimensions

Critical dimensions, datums, measurement methods and agreed sampling or reporting requirements.

Appearance

Color, texture, gloss, cosmetic surfaces and acceptable visual standards confirmed for the project.

Assembly Requirements

Mating parts, fit conditions and specified assembly requirements are checked when included in the agreed scope.

Quantity, Packing & Labels

Confirmed quantity, packing method, labels and the required shipment information before release.

INSPECTION RECORDS

Documents Available According to the Agreed Scope

The exact format and content are confirmed for each project. When requested and included in the project scope, we can provide:

  • Dimensional inspection reports, including English reports
  • Material certificates and related material documents
  • Mold-trial photos or videos and first-article samples
  • Sample approval and agreed inspection records
  • Issue, modification, re-inspection and corrective follow-up records

WHEN AN ISSUE IS FOUND

Record, Correct, Re-Inspect and Confirm

Non-conforming results are recorded and reviewed. The agreed repair, modification or corrective action is completed, followed by re-inspection and confirmation before the project moves to the next approved stage.
