Injection Mold Trial & Sample Approval
SHIYUNJIA trials the injection molds we manufacture before shipment. Each mold is evaluated against the agreed material, color, appearance, critical dimensions, and assembly requirements. If correction is required, the mold is modified and trialed again. Shipment is arranged after the customer approves the agreed samples and trial results.

What We Check During a Mold Trial
Before each trial, we confirm the latest product data, specified material and color, appearance requirements, critical dimensions, assembly conditions, sample quantity, and approval method.
- Mold opening, closing, ejection, and other mechanical movements
- Filling behavior, gate performance, venting, and molding stability
- Surface appearance, including sink marks, flash, weld lines, and deformation
- Critical dimensions and agreed inspection points
- Fit, function, and assembly with mating parts when provided
Mold Trial & Approval Workflow
- Review the approved drawings, material, color, acceptance criteria, and sample requirements.
- Prepare the mold and specified material, then conduct the initial in-house trial.
- Inspect the samples and share the agreed trial records with the customer.
- If correction is required, modify the mold and conduct another trial.
- Submit the revised samples and results for customer review and written approval.
- Prepare the approved mold for shipment.
Customer Review Options
Customers may review the trial through shipped samples, recorded videos, live video communication, inspection reports, or a combination agreed for the project. Mold shipment is arranged after the agreed samples and trial results meet the confirmed acceptance requirements and written customer approval is received.
Available Trial Records
According to the agreed project scope, we can provide trial samples, photos or videos, dimensional inspection reports, material certificates, trial issue records, mold modification summaries, and molding parameter records.

Please provide the latest 3D and 2D data, specified material grade and color, cosmetic criteria, critical dimensions, mating parts or assembly requirements, required sample quantity, reporting needs, and approval method.
