From DFM review and mold manufacturing to mold trials, injection molding, and low-volume production, SHIYUNJIA supports build-to-drawing plastic component projects with documented requirements and inspection.
SHIYUNJIA provides custom plastic injection mold design and manufacturing, from DFM and product structure review to mold design, machining, assembly, in-house mold trials, sample approval, and production support. Each project is reviewed against the required material, appearance, critical dimensions, assembly, volume, and acceptance criteria before tooling begins.
Before requesting a tooling review, see the information needed for an injection mold quotation to prepare drawings, materials, acceptance criteria and commercial requirements.
SHIYUNJIA provides custom plastic injection molding for mold trials, process validation, low-volume runs, and volume production. With 10 injection molding machines from 120T to 450T, we support new molds and evaluated customer-supplied molds according to confirmed material, color, quality, packing, and delivery requirements.
SHIYUNJIA provides injection molding DFM and product design review for standalone projects and in-house mold programs. We identify molding, appearance, tolerance, and assembly risks, provide annotated reports and recommendations, and support agreed design changes and mold-flow analysis before customer-approved tooling.
SHIYUNJIA provides low-volume plastic injection molding for design verification, engineering changes, new material or color trials, assembly checks, and pre-production validation. With 10 injection molding machines from 120T to 450T, approved projects can continue from trial production to volume production under confirmed quality, packing, and delivery requirements.
SHIYUNJIA trials the injection molds we manufacture before shipment. Each mold is evaluated against the agreed material, color, appearance, critical dimensions, and assembly requirements. If correction is required, the mold is modified and trialed again. Shipment is arranged after the customer approves the agreed samples and trial results.

SHIYUNJIA supports OEM build-to-drawing programs and ODM plastic product development from ideas, sketches, authorized samples, 2D drawings, or 3D data. Services can include appearance and structural design, DFM, mold-flow analysis, tooling, trials, injection molding, assembly, finishing, and packing according to the confirmed project scope.
