Engineering Review Before Tooling
Before mold design starts, our team reviews the product structure, material and shrinkage, parting lines, gating, ejection, cooling, appearance requirements, assembly relationships, and critical dimensions.
The DFM and molding feasibility review is used to identify manufacturing risks, confirm open decisions, and align the tooling plan with the approved project requirements.

Manufacturing & Inspection

Project Documentation
According to the confirmed project scope, documentation may include DFM reports, agreed mold 2D/3D drawings, trial samples and videos, dimensional inspection reports, applicable material or steel certificates, and packing lists.

For molds delivered overseas, SHIYUNJIA provides remote technical support. If physical repair is required, the mold can be returned to SHIYUNJIA for evaluation and service.
